STICK LEG WOODEN HORSE AND CART. Up for sale is this little horse and cart or wagon.

There's the little, apparently quite happy horse, and he's pulling a four-wheeled cart with three milk tins in it. He is in fine shape with his little stick legs, his hand painted hoofs, bridle, and lines on his back.

And, he has a greyish colored mane and a blondish colored tail. Like most stick leg animals, it appears his legs broke at some point, right at his body as you can see in the pictures.

We don't know if he's paper mache' or composition, but he's light. He is on a reddish / bittersweet colored platform and has very small and thin metal wheels. He's missing his back right wheel. On the bottom of his base someone wrote Noah Zimmerman, 1933.

We don't know if the horse and cart were together when they started out, or if someone paired them up later. But they are cute together. The wagon has a little seat in the back and is a wonderful bittersweet color to it. The outsides of the wheels are black and the wheels are wooden spoked.

The wagon has a lot of fine pinstriping work in red on the wheels and the wagon. On the bottom of the wagon, underneath, you can see a crack in the wood but the wagon is still sturdy. Pproximately 21 inches long as shown in the pictures the horses base is 7.25 inches wide by 2.25 inches wide and he is 8 inches high on his base. The main part of the wagon is 9 1/2 inches long by 4.75 inches wide and it is about 6.25 inches high.

The wagon is 8.25 inches wide from the outside hub to the outside hub. Please look at all of the pictures as they are part of our description. Ask lots of questions if needed!
