A rare Folk Art carved carriage and horse ensemble. Composed of a carriage, driver and a pair of horses. Signed in pencil under the driver: "Made by Emil Crock for LBI" This item has been in the same family for over 100 years.
The leather strapping is deteriorated, the blankets covering the horses were originally purple and has faded to tan. There is a loss to the back of the top hat of the driver and his whip is missing; leather strapping is fragile and some is missing.
